Department Policy definition

Department Policy means the principles or means for implementing the Purposes relevant to a Department. Department Policy is made by the relevant Committee.
Department Policy means conditions of service and working conditions established by the Board but not including conditions of service and working conditions included in this Agreement.
Department Policy means a Policy approved by the Senate under Clause 47(2);

Examples of Department Policy in a sentence

  • Each academic unit, through its Department Policy Statement, must interpret and apply these judgmental criteria by the currently prevailing standards of the relevant field/discipline/profession.

  • Each academic unit, through its Department Policy Statement, must interpret and apply these criteria to the three University standards using the prevailing standards of the relevant field/discipline/profession.

  • Each department faculty must, in the Department Policy Statement, develop and make known to its members the department criteria for the application and relative importance of the University standards in the three areas of performance.

  • If the Provider Agency fails to fulfill or comply with any of the terms or conditions of the Contract, in whole or in part, the Department may by Notice place the Provider Agency in default status, and take any action(s) listed in accordance with Department Policy Circular P9.05, Contract Default.

Related to Department Policy

  • Procurement Policy means ADB’s Procurement Policy - Goods, Works, Nonconsulting and Consulting Services (2017, as amended from time to time);

  • Risk Management Policy means the Risk Management Policy of the Borrower in effect on the date of this Agreement as amended from time to time.

  • Investment Policy means the investment policy from time to time determined by the Commission under the Rules;
