Roll-off. Roll-off shall mean a metal receptacle with a minimum capacity of approximately ten (10), a maximum capacity of forty (40) cubic yards, intended for high- volume generation of Solid Waste, and designed to be transported to a Disposal Site by loading of receptacle onto rear of transporting vehicle.
Roll-off. A watertight receptacle, with a capacity of twenty (20) cubic yards to forty (40) cubic yards, intended to be loaded onto a motor vehicle.

Roll-off. Republic may charge rent or a minimum lift charge if a roll-off container is not lifted or hauled at least once per month. The following additional terms shall apply to any roll-off service: (a) Company will not accept: white goods, tires, drums, paint, solvents, chemicals, or other such materials that would be considered flammable or explosive, or other materials not permitted to be disposed of at the designated disposal facility. (b) If the roll-off is loaded with extremely heavy material, such as block concrete, asphalt, dirt or roofing material, such material must be evenly distributed at the bottom of the roll-off, shall not exceed 3 feet in depth and shall not exceed 10 tons in weight. (c) Customer shall not load materials above the top of the roll-off. (d) Customer shall close and latch the back door of the roll-off before service. The driver cannot load a roll-off with an open or unlatched back door. (e) If Company is unable to safely haul a roll-off, Customer shall off-load the impermissible overage or type of materials or otherwise improve any conditions necessary to enable safe hauling. Customer will be charged a dry run fee for each attempted trip where hauling does not occur. (f) If Company hauls an overloaded roll-off, Customer shall be responsible for all service charges based on the actual tonnage hauled, plus any tickets, fines, penalties, or damages incurred by Republic due to the overweight container.

Roll-off. An electric check of deflection sensors to verify that the signal attenuates with time.
Roll-off. A unit varying in capacity between fourteen (14) and forty (40) cubic yards 742 which is used for collecting, storing, transporting building materials, business trash, 743 Industrial waste, Refuse or Yard Waste. Not all container sizes are available in all 744 service areas. The unit may be of the open or closed variety. The distinguishing feature 745 of the detachable container is that it is picked up by a specially equipped truck and 746 becomes an integral part of transporting the waste material to the final disposal site. 747 748 37. Rubbish – Non-putrescible solid waste (excluding ashes), consisting of both 749 combustible and noncombustible waste materials; combustible rubbish includes all 750 waste wood, wood products, tree trimmings, grass cuttings, dead plants, weeds, 751 leaves, dead trees or branches thereof, chips, shavings, sawdust, printed matter, 752 paper, pasteboard, rags, excelsior, furniture, straw, used and discarded mattresses, 753 used and discarded clothing, used and discarded shoes and boots, combustible pulp, 754 ashes, cinders, floor sweepings, and other products, such as are used for packaging, 755 or wrapping; noncombustible rubbish includes crockery, glass, tin cans, aluminum 756 cans, metal furniture, mineral or metallic substance. 757
Roll-off. It is therefore understood that the above mentioned Brokers/Leased Operators are not covered by the terms of this Collective Agreement.
Roll-off. SLM hereby grants Shockwave a royalty-free license to -------- display, and Shockwave agrees to continue to display, those episodes already displayed on Shockwave for a period of time reasonably necessary to transition the episodes for display directly on the SLM site. For a period of 180 days from the date this Agreement is executed, Shockwave agrees to maintain a single link on the "Shows" page of its site to the SLM Site. The link shall be placed in a reasonably similar place to the place in which the shows are currently posted, subject to general changes in Shockwave's site and business strategy.
