Room Layout. Guest may arrange the furniture to fit its needs; however, care should be taken that the floors/carpets are not damaged when moving the Facility furniture. Guest will return all furniture to original positions. Supervision/Responsibility/Damage. Guest must designate an adult supervisor to be in direct charge of the activities. The Guest is responsible for conduct of its participants in and around the Facility and for any damage, lost or misplaced equipment, and any other losses deemed to be the responsibility of the Guest. That supervisor’s cell phone number must be on file with TVF&R in advance. Wi-Fi Access. Internet access is usually available, but is not guaranteed. The login and password are posted on the Bulletin Board. TVF&R Use Only:
Room Layout. Hirers will position furniture or the arrangement of the room as far as possible to facilitate social distancing of 2m between individual people or groups of up to two households or 1m with mitigation measures such as: seating side by side, with at least ‘one empty chair’ between each person or household group, rather than face-to-face, and good ventilation. If tables are being used, Hirers will place them so as to maintain social distancing across the table between people from different household groups who are face-to-face.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.

  • Installation Where installation is required, Contractor shall be responsible for placing and installing the product in the required locations at no additional charge, unless otherwise designated on the Contract or purchase order. Contractor’s authorized product and price list shall clearly and separately identify any additional installation charges. All materials used in the installation shall be of good quality and shall be free of defects that would diminish the appearance of the product or render it structurally or operationally unsound. Installation includes the furnishing of any equipment, rigging, and materials required to install or replace the product in the proper location. Contractor shall protect the site from damage and shall repair damages or injury caused during installation by Contractor or its employees or agents. If any alteration, dismantling, excavation, etc., is required to achieve installation, the Contractor shall promptly restore the structure or site to its original condition. Contractor shall perform installation work so as to cause the least inconvenience and interference with Customers and with proper consideration of others on site. Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.
