Room Transfers. Students who want to request a different room/building assignment after moving in are required to submit a Transfer Request Form. Transfer requests will be reviewed by Residence Life and Housing & Conference Services on a case-by-case basis. Once approved, Housing & Conference Services will assess a Transfer Fee as well as a higher rate for the new room (if applicable).
