Common use of ROOM TRANSFERS Clause in Contracts

ROOM TRANSFERS. The district recognizes that when a teacher is required to move from one classroom to another classroom additional time is needed by the teacher to get the new classroom ready for the first day of school. Therefore, the District will pay for the two (2) days, at per diem rate, when a Building Principal requires a teacher to move from one classroom to another classroom.

ROOM TRANSFERS. The district recognizes that when a teacher is required to move from one classroom 30 to another classroom additional time is needed by the teacher to get the new classroom ready for the 31 first day of school. Therefore, the District will pay for the two (2) days, at per diem rate, when a Building 32 Principal requires a teacher to move from one classroom to another classroom.

ROOM TRANSFERS. The district recognizes that when a teacher is required to move from one classroom 41 to another classroom additional time is needed by the teacher to get the new classroom ready for the 42 first day of school. Therefore, the District will pay for the two one (21) daysday, at per diem rate, when a Building 43 Principal requires a teacher to move from one classroom to another classroom.
