Common use of ROOM TRANSFERS Clause in Contracts

ROOM TRANSFERS. Students who want to request a different room/building assignment after moving in are required to submit a Transfer Request Form. Transfer requests will be reviewed by Residence Life and Housing & Conference Services on a case-by-case basis. Once approved, Housing & Conference Services will assess a Transfer Fee as well as a higher rate for the new room (if applicable). SHARED SUITES: Residents living in shared rooms/suites must be prepared to welcome a new suitemate at any point during the occupancy period and are responsible for maintaining an acceptable level of cleanliness at all times.
