Roster of Member Applicants. 13.4.4.1 Each academic unit or sub-unit as appropriate shall maintain a roster listing CAS Members who have applied to teach courses. The roster constitutes a standing list of applications. Members having submitted an application to be included on the roster shall be deemed to have applied for appointments as they become available, and they do not have to submit additional applications when positions are posted. The roster shall include the names of Members who apply in writing specifying the courses they are interested in and are qualified to teach in the next Fall, Winter and/or Spring Terms (September 1 – August 31). To be listed on the roster for appointments during the next academic year, Members shall submit applications by April 15; otherwise Members may apply for positions when they are posted. For the sake of curriculum planning, all Members, regardless of seniority status, who have an interest in being considered for appointments should maintain an application on the roster list in accordance with 13.4.4.3.
