Rotating Three Shifts. (a) The normal work week for each employee that rotates three (3) shifts shall consist of thirty-seven (37) hours and all employees who are required to work three (3) shifts, will work on a rotating shift basis. (b) The shifts will be as follows: Monday to Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ½ hour Friday
