ROTATING TRIP LIST/POSTING. 1. Field Trips that are available will be posted (notice sent to all regular and variable drivers) on Fridays – two weeks in advance of the scheduled trip – for drivers to consider. Only regular drivers and variable drivers may bid on Field Trips.

ROTATING TRIP LIST/POSTING. 1. The Transportation Supervisor shall provide notice of available field trips for the subsequent two (2) weeks by Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. Drivers will make their selections and return bids to the Transportation Office by Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. Finalized trip assignments will be placed in the Drivers’ mailboxes no later than ten (10) minutes prior to commencement of the Drivers’ afternoon route.

  • Extra Trips A. Field trips (extra trips) shall be provided by rotation on a list composed of regular drivers who volunteer in descending order of classification seniority (defined in Article 39).

  • VACANCIES AND JOB POSTINGS 17.01 When a job vacancy or vacancies occur within the bargaining unit and the Employer intends to fill the vacancy, the Employer will post an announcement of such vacancy or vacancies on all Union bulletin boards. Said postings shall remain posted for a period of five (5) working days. The announcement shall contain the job title of the vacancy, a brief job description and the rate of pay, and the date of the posting and bid deadline date.

  • HOT LIST PRICING At any time during this Contract, Supplier may offer a specific selection of Equipment, Products, or Services at discounts greater than those listed in the Contract. When Supplier determines it will offer Hot List Pricing, it must be submitted electronically to Sourcewell in a line-item format. Equipment, Products, or Services may be added or removed from the Hot List at any time through a Sourcewell Price and Product Change Form as defined in Article 4 below. Hot List program and pricing may also be used to discount and liquidate close-out and discontinued Equipment and Products as long as those close-out and discontinued items are clearly identified as such. Current ordering process and administrative fees apply. Hot List Pricing must be published and made available to all Participating Entities.
