Optional Listings Additional listings and optional listings will be offered by BellSouth at tariffed rates as set forth in the General Subscriber Services Tariff.
White Pages Listings 5.1 BellSouth shall provide <<customer_name>> and their customers access to white pages directory listings under the following terms:
Directory Listings 15.1.1 CBT, as publisher of its White Pages, will include Primary Listings of CLEC’s resale directory customers in its White Pages, and shall cause its publisher to include primary listings of CLEC’s directory customers in its Publisher’s Yellow Pages Directories under the following terms and conditions: 15.1.1.1 CBT will publish the Primary Listing of CLEC Directory Customers located within the geographic scope of its White Pages directory and will recover costs for both resale and facility based Customers in accordance with the Act.
AMEX Listing The Public Securities shall have been approved for listing on AMEX.
Seniority Lists A copy of the seniority list will be posted by January 31st and July 31st of each calendar year on designated bulletin boards with a copy forwarded to the bargaining unit president. Included in the list shall be a breakdown of total hours paid for part-time employees. All lists will include date of hire. Any errors noted in the seniority list should be noted and the employer notified within thirty (30) days, after which the list shall be considered final.
Employee Lists The Controller shall also provide with each payment a list of employees paying membership fees and a list of employees paying service fees. All such lists shall contain the employee's name, employee number, classification, department number and amount deducted.
Provisions governing staff and subcontractors A. To require any subcontractor to execute documents that binds the subcontractor to comply with the provisions of this Contract. Subcontractor means an individual or entity to which the Contractor has contracted with or delegated some of its management functions or responsibilities of providing all or a part of the services required of the Contractor under this Contract. B. That it is responsible for the behavior of its staff and subcontractors to ensure a violence-free contractual relationship. That representatives of HHSC, AG-MFCU and HHS may conduct interviews of Contractor personnel, subcontractors and their personnel, witnesses, and clients without a Contractor's representative present unless the person interviewed voluntarily requests that the representative be present. The Contractor must not coerce its personnel, subcontractors and their personnel, witnesses, or clients to accept representation by the Contractor, and the Contractor agrees that no retaliation will occur to a person who denies the Contractor's offer of representation. Nothing in the Contract limits a person's right to counsel of his or her choice. Requests for interviews are to be complied with in the form and the manner requested. The Contractor must ensure by contract or other means that its personnel and subcontractors cooperate fully in any investigation conducted by representatives of HHSC, AG-MFCU and HHS. F. That if it is a Home and Community Support Services agency ("HCSSA"), the Contractor will hire Personal Assistance Services and Community Support Services providers chosen by the client or the client's legally authorized representative, if requested, and provided the individual who will provide the services: 1. meets minimum qualifications for the service; 2. is willing to be employed as an attendant by the Contractor; and 3. is willing, and determined competent by the Contractor, to deliver the service(s) according to the client's individual service plan.
Subproviders and Suppliers List Pursuant to requirements of 43 Texas Administrative Code §9.350 et seq., the Engineer must provide the State a list (Exhibit H-5/DBE or Exhibit H-6/HUB) of all Subproviders and suppliers that submitted quotes or proposals for subcontracts.
