Common use of Rounding Clause in Contracts

Rounding. Unless otherwise specified on the face hereof, all percentages resulting from any calculation on this Floating Rate Note will be rounded to the nearest one hundred-thousandth of a percentage point, with five one-millionths of a percentage point rounded upwards. All dollar amounts used in or resulting from any calculation on this Floating Rate Note will be rounded to the nearest cent.
