ROW Dedications Sample Clauses
The ROW Dedications clause establishes the obligation of a party, typically a property owner or developer, to dedicate portions of their land for public rights-of-way, such as streets, sidewalks, or utility corridors. This clause outlines the specific areas to be dedicated, the timing of the dedication (often tied to project milestones or approvals), and any conditions or procedures for transferring the land to the relevant public authority. By clearly defining these requirements, the clause ensures that necessary public infrastructure can be developed or expanded, facilitating orderly urban growth and compliance with municipal regulations.
