ROW Manager. A ROW Manager shall be retained by Developer if Approval of Additional Right-of-Way or Temporary Easement acquisition by Developer is requested of the Department pursuant to Section 3.3 of this Schedule 18. Developer’s ROW Manager shall be responsible for all of Central 70 Project: Project Agreement Schedule 18 (Right-of-Way) Execution Version Developer’s acquisition and relocation coordination and compliance requirements pursuant to this Schedule 18. Developer’s ROW Manager shall be qualified and Approved by the Department for both acquisition and relocation activities.

  • Manager 5.1. Rules relating to the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Managers shall be governed by the Act. Such provisions are hereinafter incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Manager shall have the powers set forth in Paragraph 5.3 below.

The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.

  • Association-Management Committee There shall be an Association-Management Committee comprised of two (2) representatives of the parties. The Committee shall meet quarterly, unless otherwise mutually agreed. Agenda items to be discussed shall be exchanged in writing at least five calendar days prior to the meeting. Meetings of this Committee will be to discuss matters of mutual concern, matters relating to nursing, professional practice, scheduling and work load issues. The Committee shall promote and provide for effective and meaningful communication. The parties agree Self Scheduling is appropriate subject matter to discuss in this forum.

  • City Manager All Contract administration will be effected by the City Manager, and communication pertaining to Contract administration shall be addressed to the City Manager only.   • Union-Management Committee There shall be a union/management committee comprised of four (4) employee representatives appointed by the Union and four (4) employer representatives. The Committee's purpose is to provide and promote effective and meaningful communication of information and ideas and to make joint recommendations on matters of concern. Matters that are properly the subject of an individual grievance will not be discussed at this committee. The Committee will meet quarterly, unless agreed otherwise, at a time and place mutually agreed to provided there is business for their joint consideration. The parties will exchange agenda items at least one (1) week prior to the meeting. The parties further agree the Committee may meet at any time its members mutually agree a meeting should be held. The duties of the Chairperson will be shared by the parties. Copies of the minutes shall be provided to Committee members. The employer agrees to pay for time spent during regular working hours for representatives of the union attending such meetings. The parties may utilize video or teleconferencing services for the purposes of committee members attending committee meetings, where appropriate and available. Neither party can unreasonably deny an initiative to utilize video or teleconferencing services.

  • Account Manager A designated Account Manager for the Centralized Contract shall be provided. The Account Manager is responsible for the overall relationship with the State during the course of the Contract and shall act as the central point of contact. Billing Contact A designated Billing Contact for the Centralized Contract shall be provided. The Billing Contact will become the single point of contact between the Contractor and the Authorized User for matters related to invoicing, billing and payment. Emergency Contact Not a complete sentence. A designated Emergency Contact for the Centralized Contract shall be provided. The Emergency Contact will be available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year for emergency procurements.

  • Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.

  • Joint Union/Management Committee It shall be appropriate for either the Union or the University to request that a Joint Union/Management committee be convened, with Environmental Health and Safety as a participating member, to discuss health and safety concerns and to explore options for addressing those concerns through appropriate training or other approaches.
