RPN Utilization. Full-Time and Part-Time Insert the following standard language. At the request of the Union, the Hospital and the Union shall meet to discuss the issues of RPN scope of practice and skill utilization. Any other provision related to the utilization of RPN skills shall be continued under the Local Provisions Appendix L13.
