Rubber Glove Educational Incentive. Apprentice Lineworkers receive a premium pay of 6% after successful completion of applicable rubber glove training. Effective December 27, 2015, the rubber glove premium shall be shown in Appendix A as a six percent (6%) wage increase and not a premium for employee(s) assigned to the classifications of Journey Lineworker, Service Lineworker, or Line Working Supervisor.
