Rules and Regulations and Policies and Procedures of the Facility. College agrees to provide to students, and ensure Students read and comply with, the rules, regulations and policies and procedures of the Facility and the Program. Students shall dress in accordance with the dress and personal appearance standards adopted by the Facility. Students shall abide by all Facility rules, policies, and procedures. Students shall be subject to required background checks and drug checks prior to placement. Facility reserves the right to deny, suspend or terminate placement of any Student in the event the background check or drug test results in disqualification under the Facility’s policies or funding contracts.
