Rules Established and Enforced. The employer has the right to establish reasonable and necessary rules and the right to enforce same through the Discipline Procedure. Rules will be posted on the bulletin board fourteen (14) days prior to their effective date and, upon request, discussed with or explained to the Union prior to implementation. The employees or the Union have the right to take up grievances regarding discipline matters.
