Rules for Negotiation Meetings. 1. At the close of each meeting, the next meeting shall be scheduled until the negotiations are completed. Recesses may be called by the chairman of either team for a reasonable length of time agreeable to both parties. Each negotiation session shall be limited to three (3) hours unless extended by mutual agreement.
