Rules Governing Arbitration. 1. The Board or the Union shall not be permitted to assert into such arbitration proceeding any ground, or to rely on any evidence, not previously disclosed to the other party. 2. The arbitrator shall have no power to alter, add to or subtract from the terms of this Agreement. 3. Both parties agree that the award of the arbitrator shall be binding and agree that judgment thereon may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. 4. The fees and expenses of the arbitrator shall be shared equally by the parties.
