Rules Governing Board Hearings. 1. Neither party to a grievance shall be permitted to present any evidence not disclosed to the other party at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the arbitration hearing, nor shall either party be permitted to amend a grievance at the level of arbitration (after Step Three). 2. In the event a teacher believes he/she has been subjected to harassment or discrimination in violation of Board Policy 3122ACS, said teacher shall file a complaint pursuant to Administrative Regulation AC. Complaints of discrimination and harassment shall not be subject to the grievance procedure.
