Rules of Conduct. 26 The Services may include message boards, forums, chat rooms, or other interactive fea- tures that allow users to post, submit, publish, display or transmit to others content or ma- terials (collectively, the “User Contributions”). You represent and warrant that your use of the Services and all of your User Contributions comply with these Terms. Without limiting the foregoing, you commit to refrain from: § Posting, requesting, transmitting, rendering or otherwise making available or creating through or in connection with the use of the Software any materials that are or may be: (a) illegal/non-compliant and or threatening, harassing, degrading, hateful or intimidating, or which otherwise fail to respect the rights and dignity of others; (b) defamatory, libelous, fraudulent or otherwise tortious; (c) obscene, indecent, pornographic or otherwise objectionable; or (d) protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right, without the express prior written consent of the applicable owner. § Posting, transmitting or otherwise making available through or in connection with the use of the Software any virus, worm, Trojan horse, Easter egg, time bomb, spyware, scareware, malware or other computer code, file or program that is or is potentially harmful or invasive or intended to damage or hijack the operation of, or to monitor the use of, any hardware, software or equipment (each, a “Virus”). § Posting, transmitting, rendering, or otherwise making available through or in connection with the use of the Services any materials or User Contributions that (a) violate the legal rights of others or contain any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws or regulations or that otherwise may be in conflict with these Terms or our Privacy Policy for non-US jurisdictions <xxxxx://xxxx.xx/pdfs/Xxxx-Privacy-Notice-Non-US.pdf>; (b) promote any illegal ac- tivity, or advocate, promote, or assist any unlawful act; or (c) involve commercial activities or sales, such as contests, sweepstakes, and other sales promotions, bar- ter, or advertising. § Using the Xxxx Exchange for any purpose that is fraudulent or otherwise tortious or unlawful, including but not limited to illegal gambling, money laundering, fraud, blackmail, extortion, ransoming data or the financing of terrorism, intellectual property infringement, or violent or abusive activities. § Using or attempting to use another User’s Account without permission. § Impersonating or attempting to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another User, or any other person or entity. § Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information. § Engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by the Company, may harm the Company or Users of the Services, or expose them to liability. 27 Any User Contribution you submit will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing any User Contribution, you grant us, our affiliates and service providers, and our respective licensees, successors and assigns the right to use, reproduce, perform, dis- play, distribute or otherwise disclose any such material for any purpose. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to the User Contributions. You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible and liable, not the Company, for any User Con- tributions you submit. We are not responsible or liable to any third party for the content or accuracy of any User Contribution posted by you or any other User.

You agree that you will not:  Post, libeloustransmit, fraudulent or otherwise tortious; (c) obscene, indecent, pornographic or otherwise objectionable; or (d) protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right, without the express prior written consent of the applicable owner. § Posting, transmitting or otherwise making make available through or in connection with the use of Site the Software any following: o Any virus, worm, Trojan horse, Easter egg, time bomb, spyware, scareware, malware spyware or other computer code, file or program that is or is potentially harmful or invasive or intended to damage or hijack the operation of, or to monitor the use of, any hardware, software or equipment (each, a “Virus”)equipment. § Posting, transmitting, rendering, o Any information or otherwise making available through materials that are or in connection with the use of the Services any materials or User Contributions that may be: (a) threatening, harassing, degrading, hateful or intimidating; (b) defamatory or libelous; (c) fraudulent or tortious; (d) obscene, indecent, pornographic or otherwise objectionable; or (e) protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right without the express written consent of the owner of such right. o Any material that would give rise to criminal or civil liability; that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offense; or that encourages or provides instructional information about illegal activities or activities such as “hacking,” “cracking,” or “phreaking.” o Any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional material, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letter,” “pyramid scheme” or investment opportunity, or any other form of solicitation. o Any material, non-public information about a company without the proper authorization to do so.  Use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.  Use the Site to violate the legal rights of others others, including without limitation others’ privacy rights or contain any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws or regulations or that otherwise may be in conflict with these Terms or our Privacy Policy for non-US jurisdictions <xxxxx://xxxx.xx/pdfs/Xxxx-Privacy-Notice-Non-US.pdf>; (b) promote any illegal ac- tivityrights of publicity, or advocateharvest or collect personally identifiable information about other users of the Site.  Impersonate any person or entity, promote, including without limitation any representative of Company; falsely state or assist otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any unlawful actperson or entity in connection with the Site; or (c) involve commercial activities express or sales, such as contests, sweepstakes, and other sales promotions, bar- ter, imply that we endorse any statement you make.  Use the Site to advertise or advertisingoffer to sell or buy any goods or services without Company’s express prior written consent. § Using  Interfere with or disrupt the Xxxx Exchange for any purpose that is fraudulent or otherwise tortious or unlawful, including but not limited to illegal gambling, money laundering, fraud, blackmail, extortion, ransoming data operation of the Site or the financing servers or networks used to make the Site available; or violate any requirement, procedure, policy or regulation of terrorism, intellectual property infringement, such servers or violent networks.  Restrict or abusive activities. § Using or attempting to use another User’s Account without permission. § Impersonating or attempting to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another User, or inhibit any other person from using the Site (including by hacking or entity. § Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information. § Engaging in defacing any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment portion of the ServicesSite).  Reproduce, duplicate, copy, modify, adapt, translate, sell, resell or otherwise exploit for any commercial purpose any portion of (or any access to or use of) the Site without Company’s express prior written consent.  Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the Site, except where such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.  Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notice from the Site or materials originating from the Site. Frame or mirror any portion of the Site without Company’s express prior written consent.  Systematically download and store Site content.  Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application or other manual or automatic device to retrieve, index, “scrape,” “data mine” or otherwise gather Site content, or which, as determined by reproduce or circumvent the Company, may harm the Company navigational structure or Users presentation of the ServicesSite, or expose them to liabilitywithout Company’s express prior written consent. 27 Any User Contribution you submit will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. Whilst on Services, you shall not: - commit any unlawful, harmful, offensive, obscene, violent, threatening, harassing, abusive act, or engage Commun in any activity in connection with the Services that has implications in the form of such act; - misuse any identification marks, Trademarks, or other information of Commun, other Users, and third parties without proper authorization; - represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of Commun, or enter into any agreement with a third party on behalf of Commun; - take any action that imposes or may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Commun (or our third-party providers') infrastructure; - interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect (or attempt thereto) the proper working of the Services or any activities conducted on the Services; - fail to comply with any bandwidth, data storage and other limitations we may impose, in our reasonable discretion; - bypass, circumvent or attempt to bypass or circumvent any measures Commun, Community or authorities may use to prevent or restrict access to the Services; - run any form of auto-responder or “spamming” on the Services, introduce any virus, Trojan, worms, junk mail or other harmful material to the Services; - harvest or scrape any Content from the Services; - use the Services to participate in illegal lotteries, games of chanсе, or pyramid schemes; - decipher, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise tortious attempt to derive any source code or unlawful, including but not limited to illegal gambling, money laundering, fraud, blackmail, extortion, ransoming data underlying ideas or the financing algorithms of terrorism, intellectual property infringement, or violent or abusive activities. § Using or attempting to use another User’s Account without permission. § Impersonating or attempting to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another User, or any other person or entity. § Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information. § Engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment part of the Services, except to the limited extent a blockchain smart contract technology so permits; - modify, translate, or which, as determined by the Company, may harm the Company or Users otherwise create derivative works of any part of the Services; - copy, rent, lease, distribute, or expose them to liability. 27 Any User Contribution you submit will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing otherwise transfer any User Contribution, you grant us, our affiliates and service providers, and our respective licensees, successors and assigns of the right to use, reproduce, perform, dis- play, distribute or otherwise disclose any such material for any purpose. You represent and warrant rights that you own receive hereunder; - or control all rights otherwise, take any action in and to the violation of this User Contributions. You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible and liable, not the Company, for any User Con- tributions you submit. We are not responsible or liable to any third party for the content or accuracy of any User Contribution posted by you or any other UserAgreement.

By providing any User Contribution, you grant us, our affiliates and service providers, and our respective licensees, successors and assigns the right to use, reproduce, perform, dis- playtimeshare, distribute or otherwise disclose exploit any such material portion of (or any use of) the Program, except as expressly authorized in the applicable Program Terms or by separate express, written consent from Salesforce. ● Frame or mirror any portion of the Program, or otherwise incorporate any portion of the Program into any product or service, except as expressly authorized in the applicable Program Terms or by separate express, written consent from Salesforce. ● Systematically download and store any information, data, content or other materials available in or through the Program, except as required in order to use the applicable Program or as expressly authorized in the applicable Program Terms or by separate express, written consent from Salesforce. ● Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application or other manual or automatic device to retrieve, index, “scrape,” “data mine” or otherwise gather any information, data, content or other materials available in or through the Program, or reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Program, without Salesforce’s express prior written consent. ● Falsely state or imply that you are associated with Salesforce or another person. ● Access or use any Program if you are Salesforce’s direct competitor, or access or use any Program for any competitive purposes, including to build a competitive product or service, or any product or service using similar ideas, features, functions or graphics as any Program, or for purposes of benchmarking or otherwise monitoring the Program’s availability, performance or functionality. ● Use any portion of any Program for any purpose. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to the User Contributions. You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible and liable, not the Companyincluding duplicating any portion of any Program, using any portion of any Program for your internal business operations, for production purposes or for any User Con- tributions you submit. We are not responsible commercial purpose (including use in connection with any advertising or liable other commercial solicitation), or making available to any third party any portion of the Program, except in each case as expressly authorized in the applicable Program Terms or in a separate agreement between you and Salesforce, or by separate express, written consent from Salesforce. You are responsible for the obtaining, maintaining and paying for all hardware and all telecommunications and other products or services needed to use any Program. In addition, please remember that, in connection with a Program, you may be providing information, data, content or accuracy other materials to a diverse and international audience. Things that do not seem offensive or otherwise objectionable may seem so to others. You will (and will cause your users and any third party to) treat other users of any User Contribution posted by you or any other Userthe Program with courtesy and respect.

You represent and warrant that your use of the Services and all of your User Contributions comply with these Terms. Without limiting the foregoing, you commit to refrain from: § Posting, requesting, transmitting, rendering or otherwise making available or creating through or in connection with the use of the Software any materials Site: o Anything that are is or may be: be (a) illegal/non-compliant and or threatening, harassing, degrading, hateful or intimidating, or which otherwise fail to respect the rights and dignity of others; (b) defamatory, libelous, ; (c) fraudulent or otherwise tortious; (cd) obscene, indecent, pornographic or otherwise objectionable; or (de) protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary right, right without the express prior written consent of the applicable ownerowner of such right. § Posting, transmitting o Any material that would give rise to criminal or otherwise making available through civil liability; that encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offense; that promotes gambling; or in connection with the use of the Software any that encourages or provides instructional information about illegal activities or activities such as "hacking," "cracking" or "phreaking." o Any virus, worm, Trojan horse, Easter egg, time bomb, spyware, scareware, malware spyware or other computer code, file file, or program that is or is potentially harmful or invasive or may or is intended to damage or hijack the operation of, or to monitor the use of, any hardware, software or equipment equipment. o Any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letter," "pyramid scheme" or investment opportunity, or any other form of solicitation. o Any material non-public information about a company without the proper authorization to do so. • Use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose. • Use the Site to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others, including without limitation others’ privacy rights or rights of publicity, or harvest or collect personally identifiable information about other users of the Site. • Impersonate any person or entity, including any of our (eachor our affiliates’) representatives; falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; or express or imply that we endorse any statement or posting you make. • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers or networks used to make the Site available; or violate any requirements, a “Virus”procedures, policies or regulations of such networks. • Restrict or inhibit any other person from using the Site (including by hacking or defacing any portion of the Site). § Posting• Use the Site to advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services without our express prior written consent. • Reproduce, transmittingduplicate, renderingcopy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of, use of, or otherwise making available through access to the Site. • Except as expressly permitted by applicable law, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the Site. • Remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notice from the Site or materials originating from the Site. • Frame or mirror any part of the Site without our express prior written consent. • Create a database by systematically downloading and storing all or any Site content. • Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application or other manual or automatic device to retrieve, index, "scrape," "data mine" or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site, without our express prior, written consent. We may terminate your use of the Site for any conduct that we consider to be inappropriate, or for your breach of this Agreement, including the Rules of Conduct (including, without limitation, if you repeatedly engage in copyright infringement via or in connection with the use of the Services any materials or User Contributions that (a) violate the legal rights of others or contain any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws or regulations or that otherwise may be in conflict with these Terms or our Privacy Policy for non-US jurisdictions <xxxxx://xxxx.xx/pdfs/Xxxx-Privacy-Notice-Non-US.pdf>; (b) promote any illegal ac- tivity, or advocate, promote, or assist any unlawful act; or (c) involve commercial activities or sales, such as contests, sweepstakes, and other sales promotions, bar- ter, or advertising. § Using the Xxxx Exchange for any purpose that is fraudulent or otherwise tortious or unlawful, including but not limited to illegal gambling, money laundering, fraud, blackmail, extortion, ransoming data or the financing of terrorism, intellectual property infringement, or violent or abusive activities. § Using or attempting to use another User’s Account without permission. § Impersonating or attempting to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another User, or any other person or entity. § Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information. § Engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Services, or which, as determined by the Company, may harm the Company or Users of the Services, or expose them to liability. 27 Any User Contribution you submit will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing any User Contribution, you grant us, our affiliates and service providers, and our respective licensees, successors and assigns the right to use, reproduce, perform, dis- play, distribute or otherwise disclose any such material for any purpose. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to the User Contributions. You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible and liable, not the Company, for any User Con- tributions you submit. We are not responsible or liable to any third party for the content or accuracy of any User Contribution posted by you or any other UserSite).
