Common use of Rules of Conduct Clause in Contracts

Rules of Conduct. The Employer shall have the right to establish reasonable rules of conduct and change or add to the same from time to time, as, in its judgment, the need to do so arises. After advising the employees and the Union of the existence of such rules, employees shall be required to comply therewith. Any claim on the part of an employee or the Union that a rule of conduct is unreasonable or has been improperly or discriminatorily applied may be processed through the grievance procedure.
