Rules on application. 5.1 The term “company” In cases where a company has its operations in different locations or has several units in the same location, the following applies to the calculation of the scope for salary increases. If such was standard practice at the company at application of previous salary agreements or if a local agreement to this effect is entered into, “company” shall be understood as the company as a whole, otherwise the agreement is applied per company unit.
