RUNNERS. Runners are not permitted inside or outside throughout the facilities as they are a safety hazard.
RUNNERS. Each permanent employee Runner will be entitled to a bonus payment based upon completion of all collection work for the day which includes any missed services carried over from the previous day. The bonus payment will be $30 per day (Based upon 48 working weeks in the year an additional payment of $ 7200 is achievable.). A further bonus payment on all public holidays falling on a working day will be $200 except for Christmas Day, which will be $400. The Public Holiday bonus payment will be made instead of any penalty rate payments. All allocated collections for that day of the contract must be completed. Missed services * in excess of 5 in one week for any individual crew will disqualify that crew from payment. All contract specific requirements listed in this agreement must be met to the satisfaction of the Supervisor in order to qualify for the bonus payment. * Missed services are defined by the Council as collections missed and those which have not been identified as not able to be serviced by the relevant driver (Not properly presented, incorrect materials presented etc). RUNNERS. If the Artist is driving to the show, please provide one (1) van, SUV, or mini-van, with driver. This runner needs to be available from the scheduled load-in time until load-out is complete (approximately 12:00a.m.). If the Artist is flying to the event, please provide one (1) 15-passenger van for transportation of the band and crew and one (1) cargo van of sufficient size to transport all band gear traveling with the band. Please remind these runners that they will be seeing the performers at times when they are just waking up, not showered yet, etc. Under no circumstances should a runner have any child, youth group member, friend, pet, etc accompanying them while on runs.   • Background and Security Investigations 8.1 For the safety and welfare of the children to be served under this Contract, CONTRACTOR shall, as permitted by law, ensure that its staff, employees, independent contractors, volunteers or subcontractors who may come in contact with children in the course of their work, undergo and pass a background investigation to the satisfaction of COUNTY as a condition of beginning and continuing to work under this contract. Such background investigation may include, but shall not be limited to criminal conviction information obtained through fingerprints submitted to the California Department of Justice. The fees associated with the background investigation shall be at the expense of the CONTRACTOR, regardless if the member of CONTRACTOR’s staff passes or fails the backgrounds investigation.
