Letter of Agreement No. PART-TIME SHIFT BID TRIALS Part time shift bid shall be done every two (2) months as opposed to monthly per for a trial period. If it is shown that it provides some consistency for more part time employees while maintaining efficiencies and flexibility when required for the Company If it is shown to be successful, the Company will move to do part time shift scheduling every three (3) months. The Parties will review and communicate to the employees when these trial will start and finish and keep them apprised of the progress.
