Common use of Rush Checks Clause in Contracts

Rush Checks. Rush checks are strongly discouraged. The Client will be allowed one rush check a month. After that, the Client will be charged a fee of thirty dollars ($30.00) per rushed check requested by the Client or as a result of the Client’s acts or omissions (e.g., invoices held up at the Client site).
