RV Sites. Except as shown on Schedule 2, no more than ten percent (10%) of the Unit pads or sites on any Real Property Asset that are actually available and capable of being leased or rented and that may be legally leased or rented pursuant to Applicable Laws shall be designated, reserved for, or leased or rented as Seasonal RV Sites or parking areas. For purposes hereof, "Seasonal RV Sites" shall mean those sites available for lease to seasonal recreational vehicle tenants who wish to spend only a portion of the season at a particular Real Property Asset.

RV Sites. Not more than fifteen percent (15%) (in the aggregate) of the Unit pads or sites on the Real Property Assets that are actually available and capable of being leased or rented and that may be legally leased or rented pursuant to Applicable Laws will be designated, reserved for, or leased or rented as Seasonal RV Sites or parking areas. For purposes hereof, "Seasonal RV Sites" means those sites available for lease to seasonal recreational vehicle tenants who wish to spend only a portion of the season at a particular Real Property Asset.
RV Sites. All rates are based on one/two (1-2) adult occupancy, plus two (2) underage children. Up to four (4) people may occupy a site, but extra person charges can apply. -RVs must be well maintained and sites uncluttered. Toys and other small items must be removed each day and stored inside the RV. -Storage of any type is prohibited unless RV is skirted. -Clotheslines are not permitted. -No refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, or exercise equipment are to be hooked up or stored anywhere within the Park. -No permanent or semi-permanent structures are to be erected without owner’s permission.

  • Site Lands or areas indicated in the Contract Documents as being furnished by the Owner upon which the Work is to be performed, including rights-of-way and easements for access thereto, and such other lands furnished by the Owner that are designated for the use of the Contractor.   • Underground Storage Tanks In accordance with the requirements of Section 3(g) of the D.C. Underground Storage Tank Management Act of 1990, as amended by the District of Columbia Underground Storage Tank Management Act of 1990 Amendment Act of 1992 (D.C. Code § 8-113.01, et seq.) (collectively, the “UST Act”) and the applicable D.C. Underground Storage Tank Regulations, 20 DCMR Chapter 56 (the “UST Regulations”), District hereby informs the Developer that it has no knowledge of the existence or removal during its ownership of the Property of any “underground storage tanks” (as defined in the UST Act). Information pertaining to underground storage tanks and underground storage tank removals of which the D.C. Government has received notification is on file with the District Department of the Environment, Underground Storage Tank Branch, 00 X Xxxxxx, X.X., Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, X.X., 00000, telephone (000) 000-0000. District’s knowledge for purposes of this Section shall mean and be limited to the actual knowledge of Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Property Acquisition and Disposition Division of the Department of Housing and Community Development, telephone no. (000) 000-0000. The foregoing is set forth pursuant to requirements contained in the UST Act and UST Regulations and does not constitute a representation or warranty by District.

  • Service Locations X.X. Xxxxxx maintains various operational/service centers and locations through the United States and foreign jurisdictions. The services provided under this Agreement may be provided from one or more such locations. X.X. Xxxxxx may change the operational/service centers and locations as it deems necessary or appropriate for its business concerns.

  • Site Visits ‌ The Commission may visit the School at any time and may, at its discretion, conduct site visits and monitoring. When appropriate, the Commission shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice of visits. Such site visits may include any activities reasonably related to fulfillment of the Commission’s oversight responsibilities including, but not limited to, inspection of the facilities; audit of financial books and records; inspection of records maintained by the School; interviews and observations of the principal, staff, school families, staff of an affiliated nonprofit or educational service provider and community members; and observation of classroom instruction.

  • Access to Properties Subject to the rights of Tenants, Borrower shall permit agents, representatives and employees of Lender to inspect the Properties or any part thereof at reasonable hours upon reasonable advance notice.

  • Maintaining Records; Access to Properties and Inspections Maintain financial records in accordance with GAAP and, upon reasonable notice, permit any representatives designated by the Administrative Agent or any Lender to visit and inspect the financial records and the properties of the Borrower or any Significant Subsidiary during normal business hours and to discuss the affairs, finances and condition of the Borrower or any Significant Subsidiary with the officers thereof and independent accountants therefor.
