Common use of SAAAAC Meetings Clause in Contracts

SAAAAC Meetings. SAAAAC shall have the right to use school facilities for meetings, without cost, at reasonable times, provided additional janitorial services are not required or the additional cost is paid for by SAAAAC. The Association shall have the right to use audiovisual equipment, at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use and provided the user is qualified to operate the equipment and has obtained the approval of the principal or his/her designee. The Association shall be liable for any damage resulting from such use.
