Common use of SaaS Environments Clause in Contracts

SaaS Environments. The SaaS Application and Hosted Services shall be hosted in a certified and secure Tier-3 data hosting center. 1. A single Back-up Environment available as needed to serve as the backup or “failover” environment for the SaaS and Hosted Services 2. A single test environment available to the City and Contractor for the evaluation and eventual promotion of SaaS Software updates, patches, fixes or otherwise deemed tests. Test Environment shall perform at 50% or better of production environment.
