Sabbatical Leave Appeal Committee. A Sabbatical Leave Appeal Committee shall be established each year to consider and determine all appeals from employees whose applications for sabbatical leave were determined to be not acceptable or whose applications for a sabbatical leave research grant (Article 20.11) were denied. Employees applying in the current year for sabbatical leave shall not be eligible for service on the Sabbatical Leave Appeal Committee.
