Sabbatical Leave for Study or Travel. Teachers with professional status who have served seven (7) consecutive years in the South Xxxxxx Public Schools may, upon approval of the Superintendent of Schools, be granted a leave of absence for one (1) academic year, for the purpose of further study or travel, and subject to the following conditions: a.
