Common use of Sabotage Clause in Contracts

Sabotage. 23 The Union agrees to report to the Company when it has knowledge of 24 any acts of sabotage or damage to or the unauthorized or unlawful 25 taking of company, government, customer, or any other person's or 26 employee's property.
