Safe and Sanitary Working Conditions. 17.1. The District is committed to maintaining schools and other work locations in a safe and sanitary condition. All unit members, in the course of performing their duties, shall be alert to unsafe practices or conditions and report any such unsafe practices, equipment, or conditions to their immediate supervisor.
