The Organiser is responsible that the FIS Integrity Hotline (or a national hotline of the Organiser) is being promoted at least within the official Team Information (and ideally in more spaces around the event). FIS guarantees cooperation and advises on the implementation.

The LOC shall ensure the application of the FIS Safe Sport policy (available on the FIS website or through the FIS Office), as well as the Major Event Guidelines for the FIS Safe Sport Policy implementation. It includes the appointment of a Safeguarding/Safe Sport Officer prior as well as during the event. The LOC is responsible that the FIS Integrity Hotline (or a national LOC Hotline operating in English language) as well as the contact details of the Safeguarding/Safe Sport Officer is being promoted at least within the official team information (and ideally in more spaces around the event). FIS guarantees cooperation and advises on the implementation.
