SAFETY AND ACCIDENT PREVENTION. In performing work under this Contract on State premises, Contractor shall conform to any specific safety requirements contained in the Contract and as required by law or regulation or any State rules applicable to such premises. Contractor’s Equipment, Software, Systems and Services provided under this Contract shall comply with applicable laws and Contractor shall be responsible for any acts or omissions of agents or employees of Contractor in contravention of such laws. Contractor shall take any additional precautions as the State may reasonably require for safety and accident prevention purposes, including receipt of prescribed training prior to entering certain State premises. Any violation of such rules and requirements, unless promptly corrected, shall be grounds for termination of this Contract in accordance with the default provisions hereof.
