DaaS – DATA AS A SERVICE. 1.1 Both Participating Institution and Ex Libris may make content and data available in connection with the SaaS Service. The intent is to make content and data available which may be useful to others. The rights in connection with this content and data are as set forth below: (i) Participating Institution may choose to post certain Customer Data into a community zone which is accessible by all of the SaaS Service customers (the "Community Zone"). Participating Institution hereby grants to Ex Libris and to any customer of the SaaS Service a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, unrestricted license to u se, copy, distribute, display, and create derivative works from, any Customer Data which is posted in the Community Zone (such derivative works, including any enhancements, enrichments or modifications, to be owned by Participating Institution and subject to the same unrestricted license); (ii) Material which Ex Libris posts to the Community Zone will continue to be owned by Ex Libris or its licensor; (a) if it is owned by Ex Libris, then Ex Libris grants any user a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, unrestricted license to use, copy, distribute, display and create derivative works from, such material (such derivative works, including any enhancements, enrichments or modifications, to be owned by Ex Libris and subject to the same unrestricted license); (b) if it is owned by a licensor, then the uses will be only those permitted by the licensor, which permitted uses shall be made known to the users of the Community Zone. 1.2 Notwithstanding anything else herein, as between the parties, material ( excluding Customer Data) which Ex Libris posts to other products or data services, such as KnowledgeBase, or creates, such as indices based on other material, shall be owned by Ex Libris. 1.3 The parties agree that Ex Libris may replace the above -mentioned unrestricted license with a comparable Open License (as defined in Exhibit C).   • Data Aggregation Services BA is also permitted to use or disclose information to provide data aggregation services as that term is defined by 45 CFR 164.501, relating to the health care operations of CE.

  • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.

  • Service Period The Service Period of this Agreement is for 1 year in respect of the unit and starts on the Start Date as defined in the Terms and Conditions, or, in the case of an extension of renewal of the provision of Support Services, starts on the date of payment of the Charges.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct.

  • Continuous Service The Parties shall continue providing services to each other during the pendency of any dispute resolution procedure, and the Parties shall continue to perform their obligations (including making payments in accordance with Article IV, Section 4) in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Data Access Access to Contract and State Data The Contractor shall provide to the Client Agency access to any data, as defined in Conn. Gen Stat. Sec. 4e-1, concerning the Contract and the Client Agency that are in the possession or control of the Contractor upon demand and shall provide the data to the Client Agency in a format prescribed by the Client Agency and the State Auditors of Public Accounts at no additional cost.

  • Unbundled Network Terminating Wire (UNTW) 2.8.3.1 UNTW is unshielded twisted copper wiring that is used to extend circuits from an intra-building network cable terminal or from a building entrance terminal to an individual End User’s point of demarcation. It is the final portion of the Loop that in multi-subscriber configurations represents the point at which the network branches out to serve individual subscribers. 2.8.3.2 This element will be provided in MDUs and/or Multi-Tenants Units (MTUs) where either Party owns wiring all the way to the End User’s premises. Neither Party will provide this element in locations where the property owner provides its own wiring to the End User’s premises, where a third party owns the wiring to the End User’s premises.

  • Data Necessary to Perform Services The Trust or its agent shall furnish to USBFS the data necessary to perform the services described herein at such times and in such form as mutually agreed upon.

  • Mail Service The Union shall be permitted to use the State inter and intra-office paper mail system. This usage shall be limited to matters that involve the Union and the Employer. It is not to be used for the purpose of mass mailings to membership and/or bargaining unit employees. The Employer agrees not to open employee union mail when clearly marked as such. Where security is of concern, the mail shall be opened in the presence of the addressee. When feasible, and where equipment is currently available, Union stewards and/or officers may utilize electronic mail and/or facsimile equipment solely for contract enforcement and interpretation and grievance processing matters. Such transmissions will be primarily to expedite communication regarding such matters, will be reasonable with respect to time and volume, and limited to communications with the grievant, if any, appropriate supervisors and employee’s staff representatives. Long distance charges which may be incurred must be approved prior to transmission.
