Annual Subscription Fee. 1.1 The annual subscription fees are collected in advance on 1 Apr of each year, or on any other dates as the Service Provider may specify. Annual Subscription Fee. The initial Subscription Fee is for the one-year period commencing on January 1, 2021 (the “Subscription Effective Date”), and each subsequent Subscription Fee is for the one-year period commencing on each DocuSign Envelope ID: FD258E1D-4866-445B-B2A0-411F1F172E10 anniversary thereof. The Subscription Fee for the first year and subsequent years of Subscription is due as set forth above.
Annual Subscription Fee. Each XXXXX Subscriber, including Subscriber, shall be required to pay an annual fee for each authority certificate obtained (“Annual Subscription Fees”), as defined in the XXXXX Fee Schedule, available on the XXXXX website. Annual Subscription Fees shall be assessed annually and payable on or before January 1st of each year, unless either Subscriber or AIRE has given written notice of termination of this Agreement at least 90 days prior to the renewal date above or within 30 days from the date of notice of Annual Subscription Fees, whichever is later.

Vendor agrees to provide written notice to Subscriber of an increase in the annual subscription fee and further agrees that the annual subscription fee will not be increased by more than 5% per Renewal Term. Increases in subscription fees will be effective upon the next Annual renewal period following the fee increase.
Annual Subscription Fee. For immediate access to the NOZA database, user may pay online at xxxxxxxxxx.xxx with a valid credit card. Users who require an invoice must request single or multi user access through Blackbaud’s standard ATP process, requesting an invoice requires an additional 3 – 5 business days in order to be granted access to the NOZA database. Annual access if valid for twelve (12) months and shall automatically renew at the end of the term unless written notification of termination is received at least thirty (30) days prior to renewal date. All annual subscriptions are subject to an annual adjustment up to 5%.
Annual Subscription Fee. The annual subscription fee for the application and supportis $16,206.00. This fee is for 15 named licenses. If using the Teletask or Availity integration option there are fees associated with those services outside of Champ fees. Teletask and Availity require signed agreements to provide the integrated service and handle billing for the services outside of Champ billing.
