EXTRA COSTS. 16.1 The following expenses/costs other than those normally payable by the Owner at the ports or places of mobilisation and de-mobilisation shall be paid by the Hirer as and when they fall due.
(i) All port expenses, pilotage charges, harbour and canal dues and all other expenses of a similar nature levied upon or payable in respect of the Owners’ Vessel arising out of these services.
(ii) All costs in connection with clearance, agency fees, visas, guarantees and all other expenses of such kind relating to these services.
(iii) All taxes and social security charges (other than those normally payable by the Owner in the country where it has its principal place of business and/or where the Vessel is registered), stamp duties or other levies payable in respect of or in connection with this Agreement, any import-export dues and any customs or excise duties.
(iv) All costs incurred due to the requirements of Governmental or other authorities over and above those costs which would otherwise be reasonably incurred by the Owner in the execution of this Agreement.
(v) All costs incurred by the Owner in respect of towing gear, salvage equipment, other portable equipment, materials or stores which are lost, damaged or sacrificed during the services provided that such loss, damage or sacrifice is immediately notified in writing to 298 299 300 301 302 303 304 305 306 307 308 309 310 311 312 313 314 315 316 317 318 319 320 321 322 323 324 325 326 327 328 329 330 331 332 333 334 335 336 337 338 339 340 341 342 343 344 345 346 347 348 349 350 351 352 353 354 355 356 357 the Hirer’s representative and provided any loss or damage does not arise as a result of negligence on the part of the Owner, his servants or agents.
16.2 If any such expenses/costs are in fact paid by or on behalf of the Owner (notwithstanding that the Owner shall under no circumstances be under any obligation to make such payments on behalf of the Hirer) the Hirer shall reimburse the Owner on the basis of the actual cost to the Owner plus a handling charge of the percentage amount indicated in Box 15 Part I of this Agreement upon presentation of invoice.
EXTRA COSTS a. If there are any extra costs due to failing to follow this agreement, they will be collected before returning the key deposit.
EXTRA COSTS. The Transporter and the Sender may agree the delivery of Hydrocarbons f characteristics other than those demanded or agreed, in which case all the costs and expenses necessary to bring the hydrocarbon to transportation specs acceptable for the Transporter must be paid by the Sender, if applicable.

EXTRA COSTS. Possible extra costs and expenses of the Supplier for work at night, Sunday work, work on public holidays and time spent on call of its employees or auxiliary person may not be additionally charged to the respective SIX Company.
EXTRA COSTS. 5.1 In the event of suspension, cancellation or delay of any of the Distributor’s Works at the Customer’s request, or a delay caused by matters within the Customer’s control and/or as a consequence of the Customer carrying out any development at the Site, any reasonable expenses and/or costs incurred by the Distributor as a result of such suspension, cancellation or delay shall be charged to and paid for by the Customer.
5.2 If any matter referred to in Condition 5.1 causes the Distributor when excavating street works in a maintainable highway to be delayed in carrying out such works and the Distributor as a result of such delay incurs any charge and/or fine pursuant to the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 then the Customer shall reimburse the Distributor with the amount of any such charge and/or fine.
5.3 The Offer Letter has been prepared on the basis of the Distributor’s carrying out the Distributor’s Works during Normal Working Hours. The Distributor will charge for any reasonable additional expenses and/or extra costs for work undertaken outside those times at the Customer’s request or as a consequence of any actions by the Customer or the Customer’s employees.
5.4 In the event of unforeseen events, any expenses and/or costs incurred by the Distributor in relation to the Agreement shall, so far as is fair and reasonable in the circumstances, be charged to and paid for by the Customer.
5.5 Any expenses and/or costs incurred by the Distributor in relation to the Agreement as a result of changes in any licence, regulatory or statutory obligations shall, so far as is fair and reasonable in the circumstances, be charged to and paid for by the Customer.
EXTRA COSTS. Any agreement by the Vendor to undertake Contract Works is based on the assumption that all civil work or other preparatory work for which the Purchaser is responsible has been completed and that the installation can be carried out with continuity during normal working hours. Should the Vendor incur extra costs or other expenses including reasonable overheads because of interruptions, delays, overtime, unusual hours, mistakes, or work for which the Vendor is not responsible under this Agreement, such extra cost, expense or reasonable overhead will Doc.-No. 946626.000 · EN · L21 · Replaces E19 be added to the price to be paid to the Vendor by the Purchaser, it being agreed, however, that overtime or unusual hours shall not be worked except with the prior arrangement of Purchaser‘s representative.
