Common use of Safety and Security Measures Clause in Contracts

Safety and Security Measures. 4.6.1 Within 30 days from the date of this Agreement the Lessee shall provide to DMRC details of its safety plan, site logistic plan, list of contractors & consultants, material movement route, debris yard, location and procedures for the works to be undertaken at the Leased Area. The Lessee shall comply with all safety regulations applicable, in its design, access arrangements and operations on Leased Space(s). Unless otherwise stated in this Lease Agreement, the Lessee shall, from the commencement of work on the Leased Space(s) until the expiration of this Lease Agreement, provide fencing, lighting, guarding and watching of the works and facilities. The Lessee shall be responsible for the operation of machinery and any other work and shall take all precautions to ensure safety of the staff, labourers and commuters.
