Common use of Safety and Security Clause in Contracts

Safety and Security. 14.1. The Service Provider agrees to comply with the Fund’s security and safety procedures. Without limiting the generality thereof the Service Provider must specifically comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act. 14.2. The Fund shall be entitled to request the Service Provider to remove any employee, agent, consultant or subcontractor from its team if the Fund is of the opinion that such a person is a security or safety risk or that the conduct of such a person is detrimental to the relationship between the parties. Such a person must be removed by the Service Provider within the time period stipulated by the Fund. The Service Provider indemnifies the Fund against any claims that might arise due to such removal.
