Safety Auditing Compliance. (a) The Rail Infrastructure Manager shall conduct regular safety audits to ensure compliance with its requirements for accreditation under the Rail Safety Act 2010.
Safety Auditing Compliance. Should a Party discover a defect in another Party’s infrastructure, the Party making the discovery will use best endeavours to share the relevant details with the other Party.
