Safety Audits. The Contractor shall provide the Principal or its appointed representative with access to the Site and its personnel in order to review, monitor or audit the Contractor’s health and safety procedures and practices, as deemed appropriate by the Principal at any time with or without notice. The Contractor shall rectify any issues raised in any such audits, reviews or monitoring.

Safety Audits. Continental shall have the right, at its own cost, to inspect, review, and observe Contractor's operations of Scheduled Flights, and/or to conduct a full safety and/or service audit of Contractor's operations, manuals and procedures reasonably related to Scheduled Flights, at such intervals as Continental reasonably requests. Any such safety review may include an audit of Contractor's maintenance and operating procedures, crew planning, passenger and baggage handling, customer service, personnel records, spare parts, inventory records, training records and manuals, and flight, flight training and operational personnel records.
Safety Audits. The Data Processor will regularly perform security audits for systems and associated support processes that are relevant to the Processing of Personal Data covered by this Data Processing Agreement. The Data Controller is entitled to request security audits, performed by an independent third party. The third party concerned will prepare a report that will be handed over to the Data Controller on request. The Data Controller agrees that the Data Processor will invoice a commensurate compensation for the costs of implementation of the audit and disclosure of the report.
Safety Audits. If requested by Recycling, Seller shall have safety audits at each of its facility sites performed by a consulting firm mutually acceptable to the parties to ensure compliance with OSHA and any other applicable safety standards. Safety Audits. The Contractor must: meet or exceed the Expectations; and comply with the Measures to the Principal’s satisfaction, at all times during performance of this Contract. The Principal may conduct an on-site safety culture audit (Audit) at any time during performance of this Contract. To facilitate an Audit, the Contractor must, at no additional cost to the Principal: give the Principal or its agents full access to the Site, within two business days of notification of the Audit; provide access to or copies of any document related to the safety of the Works; and promptly comply with all reasonable requests from the Principal or its agents regarding the Audit. During an Audit, the Principal may use the Tool or any other method to document evidence of compliance with the Expectations and Measures. Following an Audit, if the Principal determines that the Contractor’s performance against any of the Expectations or Measures is unsatisfactory, then the Principal may: initiate discussions with the Contractor regarding its safety culture, and make recommendations for improvement;

Safety Audits. (a) The Supplier must regularly conduct safety audits of its systems, procedures and work methods at its cost and retain copies of such audits. (b) Council may, on reasonable prior notice, from time to time direct the Supplier to carry out a safety audit or may itself or have others carry out a safety audit of the Supplier’s, and any of its Personnel’s, work practices.‌ (c) Council must reimburse the Supplier for its direct costs reasonably incurred as a result of any audit under clause 14.2(b), but if the audit discloses any breaches of any of its obligations under this clause 14, then the Supplier will have no entitlement to Claim in connection with the audit.
Safety Audits. If requested by Recycling, Peanut City will have safety audits of its facility performed by a consulting firm mutually accepted to parties to ensure compliance with OSHA and any other applicable safety standards. The costs related to these audits will be paid by Peanut City and, if the transaction is completed, Recycling shall reimburse Peanut City 50% of these costs.
