Safety Audits. The Contractor shall provide the Principal or its appointed representative with access to the Site and its personnel in order to review, monitor or audit the Contractor’s health and safety procedures and practices, as deemed appropriate by the Principal at any time with or without notice. The Contractor shall rectify any issues raised in any such audits, reviews or monitoring.
Safety Audits. Continental shall have the right, at its own cost, to inspect, review, and observe Contractor's operations of Scheduled Flights, and/or to conduct a full safety and/or service audit of Contractor's operations, manuals and procedures reasonably related to Scheduled Flights, at such intervals as Continental reasonably requests. Any such safety review may include an audit of Contractor's maintenance and operating procedures, crew planning, passenger and baggage handling, customer service, personnel records, spare parts, inventory records, training records and manuals, and flight, flight training and operational personnel records.
Safety Audits. The Data Processor will regularly perform security audits for systems and associated support processes that are relevant to the Processing of Personal Data covered by this Data Processing Agreement. The Data Controller is entitled to request security audits, performed by an independent third party. The third party concerned will prepare a report that will be handed over to the Data Controller on request. The Data Controller agrees that the Data Processor will invoice a commensurate compensation for the costs of implementation of the audit and disclosure of the report.
Safety Audits. If requested by Recycling, Seller shall have safety audits at each of its facility sites performed by a consulting firm mutually acceptable to the parties to ensure compliance with OSHA and any other applicable safety standards. All costs related to these audits shall be borne by Recycling.
Safety Audits. Seller shall, upon reasonable notice, have the right to conduct an environmental, operations, security and safety audit or assessment of Buyer’s facility where Product is received or used, using employees or agents of Seller to which Buyer, acting reasonably, has no objection. The results of the audit or assessment shall be promptly provided in confidence to Buyer. If any issues or concerns are raised by such audit or assessment, the parties shall work together in good faith, being guided by the principles of Responsible Care®, to come to a mutually satisfactory solution.
Safety Audits. If specified on the Agreement, You agree to provide Us with pre-announced facility and building administrator access, during the Term of this Agreement, to confirm that satisfactory training and procedures are in place at a frequency identified on the Agreement.

Safety Audits. The Alliance, TIDC and ITSSR will conduct audits from time to time during the Alliance Activities as required under:
(a) the TIDC's Safety Management System;
(b) Statutory Requirements relating to safety; We must make available all resources including documentation and personnel to support these audits and ensure that any required corrective action arising from any audits is taken in a proper way.
1. General community liaison obligations
(a) Ensure the design and implementation of communications and community relation activities meet all KRA objectives, including the Communications KRA, to ensure communications and community relation activities are designed to engage positively with and minimise disruption to the community, adjacent residents, property owners and all transport users;
(b) appoint suitably qualified and experienced community relations personnel to be based on site for the duration of the design and construction of the Temporary Works and Alliance Works and any associated impacts;
(c) prior to taking any unilateral action that may impact on the community, consult TIDC on any issues that may impact on the community; and
(d) make available appropriate senior personnel (for example Environmental Manager, Design Manager, Construction Manager, technical experts) to attend meetings with the community or other stakeholders, as required.
Safety Audits. Upon [ * ], each Party (the “Safety Auditing Party”) or its representatives shall be entitled to conduct an inspection or audit of the safety and regulatory systems, procedures or practices of the other Party and its Affiliates, relating to such Party or its Affiliates’ Development activities hereunder no more often than [ * ]. If a Party (or its Affiliate) engages a Third Party contractor to conduct any Development activity on its behalf, then such Party shall ensure that it has the right to perform periodic safety and regulatory compliance reviews of such Third party contractor and obtain from such Third Party (and provide to the Safety Auditing Party) reasonable data relevant to support an audit or inspection of the safety and regulatory systems, procedures and practices of such Third Party. Each Party shall promptly notify the other Party of any inspection or audit taken or proposed to be taken of such Party, its Affiliates, sublicensees or subcontractors (including specific Clinical Trial sites) by any Regulatory Authority relating to Royalty Products (in the case of Seagen) or the RC48 Licensed Product or Opt-In Products (in the case of RemeGen) and shall provide the other Party with all material information in its Control pertinent thereto (which may be redacted for information unrelated to the relevant product).
