Auditing and Compliance. If Skills Tasmania elects to exercise its rights under Clause 12 - Contract Compliance Monitoring & Consumer Protection of the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Vocational Education and Training such exercise will make reference to the Service Obligations contained in this Schedule, tender documentation and/or any other approved subsidy applications submitted to Skills Tasmania. The exercise of this right may include the auditing of employability skills as specified in the contracted training or training program in Schedule 3.

Auditing and Compliance. ▪ Throughout the Agreement's duration, Apollo commits to maintaining SSAE 18 SOC 2 certification or an equivalent standard. This certification will undergo annual renewal. Upon Customer request, Apollo will provide a summary of its most recent SOC 2 Type II report once per 12-month period during the Agreement term. In the event Apollo secures additional security certification reports (e.g., ISO 27001), Apollo will provide a summary such report once per 12-month period during the Agreement term. ▪ Apollo adheres to guidelines from ISO 27001, NIST, and other industry-recognized best practices.

  • Reporting and Monitoring Please provide a brief description of the mechanisms proposed for this project for reporting to the UNDP and partners, including a reporting schedule.

  • REPORTING AND EVALUATION The Provider agrees to comply with 7 AAC 81.120, Confidentiality and 7 AAC 81.150, Reports, and other applicable state or federal law regarding the submission of information, including the provisions of Section VI of this Agreement. The Provider agrees to submit any reporting information required under this Agreement and to make available information deemed necessary by DHSS to evaluate the efficacy of service delivery or compliance with applicable state or federal statutes or regulations. The Provider agrees to provide state officials and their representatives access to facilities, systems, books and records, for the purpose of monitoring compliance with this Agreement and evaluating services provided under this Agreement. On-site Quality Assurance Reviews may be conducted by DHSS staff to ensure compliance with service protocols. The Provider will ensure that DHSS staff has access to program files for the purposes of follow-up, quality assurance monitoring and fiscal administration of the program.

  • Documentation and compliance (a) The data importer shall promptly and adequately deal with enquiries from the data exporter that relate to the processing under these Clauses.

  • Standards Compliance DNS. Registry Operator shall comply with relevant existing RFCs and those published in the future by the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF), including all successor standards, modifications or additions thereto relating to the DNS and name server operations including without limitation RFCs 1034, 1035, 1123, 1982, 2181, 2182, 2671, 3226, 3596, 3597, 4343, and 5966. DNS labels may only include hyphens in the third and fourth position if they represent valid IDNs (as specified above) in their ASCII encoding (e.g., “xn--ndk061n”).
