Safety Committee Meetings. Safety committee meetings will be held at least quarterly. The committee will be responsible for determining the date, hour, location, and frequency of the meetings. Notices of local meetings will be posted on designated institution safety bulletin board(s), and a copy will be sent to the Union. Safety committee members will not lose pay or related benefits as a result of their attendance at safety committee meetings.
