Common use of Safety Committee Meetings Clause in Contracts

Safety Committee Meetings. (a) The Safety Committee shall meet at the request of either Party. Where required, there shall be an inspection of the Employer=s facilities. (b) Copies of minutes of meetings will be forwarded to the Union Office, Employer=s Office and the appropriate government agencies. The Chairman of the Safety Committee will alternate between the Union and the Employer=s representatives every six (6) months or such other times as may be mutually agreed upon.

The Chairman meeting shall take place at the end of each shutdown to discuss ways of improving safety conditions for the Safety Committee will alternate between the Union and the Employer=s representatives every six (6) months or such other times as may be mutually agreed uponnext shutdown.
