Safety Committee Pay Provisions. The Health and Safety Committee shall hold meetings at least every three (3) months. Additional meetings may be requested by either party to deal with any unsafe, hazardous or dangerous conditions. Representatives of the Union shall suffer no loss of pay for attending such meetings. Copies of minutes of all committee meetings shall be sent to the Employer and to the Union.
