Common use of Safety Data Sheets Clause in Contracts

Safety Data Sheets. If specified by Authority in the solicitation or otherwise required by this Agreement, Consultant must send with each shipment one (1) copy of the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for each item shipped. Failure to comply with this procedure will be cause for immediate termination of the Agreement for violation of safety procedures.
