Safety Data Sheets. As applicable, Contractor shall provide Purchaser with all appropriate current Safety Data Sheets (“SDS”) at the time of delivery of each shipment of Goods which requires such compliance and/or and for materials used by Contractor while performing Services pursuant to this Contract.
