Common use of SAFETY EQUIPMENT AND PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT SUPPLIES Clause in Contracts

SAFETY EQUIPMENT AND PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT SUPPLIES. No employee shall be required to provide at his/her own expense safety equipment, supplies, or protective garments, including, but not limited to gloves and/or masks, to perform any task for a client. If such a situation arises where there are insufficient supplies or materials, the employee will report the situation immediately to his/her supervisor.
