Common use of SAFETY GOGGLES AND GLASSES Clause in Contracts

SAFETY GOGGLES AND GLASSES. 266. All employees covered by provisions of this MOU who are determined by the Appointing Officer or designee, after meeting and conferring with the employee organization representing said classes, to require eye protection shall be provided safety goggles. Said employees who wear prescription glasses and are determined by the appointing officer to require eye protection shall be provided prescription safety glasses.
